Training, Insurance and Safety
All work is performed by fully insured and bondable experienced union journeymen. A copy of our Worker Compensation and Liability insurance certificate will be provided at your request.
By insuring that our staff is thoroughly trained and current on all safety procedures, the M. D. Magary Construction Company offers our customers the guarantee of qualified and dependable personnel on every job.
All employees are certified annually in confined space, lock out/tag out, fall protection, personal protective equipment (PPE) and forklift training.
We have an OSHA competent (OSHA 30 hour) employee trained on staff available for consultation or as an on site supervisor if required.
Our safety program and substance abuse policy are available on request. If pre-qualification is required please forward forms to Holly C. Crawford.
